In-Home + Remote Consultations

Consultations (within business hours)

This is the time for us to get to know each other, see the space, and talk more about the plans for the upcoming project.

Consultations (outside of business hours)

This option is for those that are looking for a consultation, but are unavailable during regular hours of operation.

Paint Selections

With this package, our designer will look at your space and create a color palette that is cohesive and speaks to you. This can be anything from wall and trim color to cabinets or furniture paint.

1-3 Rooms l $100 (Flat Fee)

Planning

We offer several different packages within the planning category. Each package is buildable and its flat rate will be determined after the initial consultation depending on the scale of the project.

Advice Only

After the initial consultation, our designer will review her notes and come up with a plan of action for your space. This will then be emailed to the client within the discussed time-frame, and the client will be able to carry out the project on their own. This will include a mood board for the client to reference.

 Sourcing

Here our designer will locate finishes, fixtures, furnishings, and accessories and either provide the client with a shopping list or order the items for them.

Sketches/Layout

The designer will provide the client with a digital sketch of the space including a layout of all elements within the design.

Current Add-Ons

Specifications: Within the sourcing package, we’ll curate a list of all items describing the dimensions, materials, and any other important information requested by the client.

Additional Meetings: This includes any meetings (remote or in-person) outside of the consultation and installation.

Full Service Styling

If you’re looking for someone to come and transform your home, this offer is for you. Whether you want to rearrange items you’ve already loved, or start over and have us bring in new additions, we can do it.

Holiday & Event Decorating

We offer holiday and small event decorating. These appointments should be booked months before the holiday or event to ensure that everything is ready on time.

Holidays we currently decorate for are New Years, Valentines Day, Easter, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. However, we are open to discuss other options as well. We can use items you already own, and/or we can order new.

SMALL Event decorating includes table displays, entryway decorations, and small display areas ONLY. If you have any further questions, please ask the designer during your on-boarding conversation before booking.

FAQs:

Q1: Do you offer full service DESIGN?

-No, we currently do not offer full service design (different from full service styling) as we do not yet have the staff required to carry out those responsibilities. However, we hope to add this to our list of services in the future.

Q2: Can you come to my home before the paid consultation to see if our project is the right fit for Perch?

-No, this will be decided via e-mail or phone conversation BEFORE consultations are booked. Our designer will review your inquiry form, and contact you to get a better understanding of what you are looking for. Then, everyone can decide whether or not to proceed.

Q3: When I select my general budget in the inquiry form, am I stuck with that budget for the entirety of the project?

-No, that number is just a starting point. However, we do encourage clients to have a number confirmed by the end of the initial consultation, so that we can proceed with the project accordingly. This number could possibly be adjusted later depending on what stage of the design process you are in.

Q4: What if I have never done this before and have no idea what I’m doing?

-That is COMPLETELY okay. In fact, we’re excited to introduce you to the design world. We’ll be sure to walk you through every step of the process, and make sure you fully understand and feel included in each decision. We want to make this process as enjoyable as possible.

Q5: Are consultations mandatory?

-Yes and No. 99% of the time, the answer is yes. We MUST sit down and gather all the needed information before beginning a project. However, some small scale rearranging may not require this. That will be determined during the post inquiry on-boarding conversation.
